Getting your antique furniture from A to B isn’t just about throwing it in the back of a van and securing it with a couple of ropes. You have to take into account the type of antique and know how to protect it during the journey, making sure that it is not likely to come to any harm.
That can involve using the right restraints and padding as well as making sure the object is adequately covered. Loading and unloading are equally important and choosing a company that takes that extra care is vital.

I moved down to Malaga a couple of years ago for work reasons but fell in love with the port and decided to stay permanently. I’d stored most of my belongings in the UK and that including three bikes that I’d collected over the years. I had the choice of either selling them off or getting someone to bring them down to Spain. Wasn’t holding out much hope because of the distance and the potential cost involved but I didn’t really want to sell them. After calling some friends and trying to find the best solution I eventually heard about White’s and gave them a call to see if they could help. Cost was okay and Phil seemed to know his onions so arranged for them to pick up the bikes that were in storage and bring them down to me. Was a bit dubious but the bikes are now here and I know who to call if I ever return permanently to the UK.
