After my dad passed away there was a lot to sort out including the banged up old 1968 Bristol in the garage. We were going to sell it for scrap when a friend of ours said that it might be worth something and we should find a buyer for it. After advertising a while we found a bloke in South Wales who offered us a good price – needed plenty of restoration and we weren’t looking to make a massive profit. Problem was getting someone to transport it over there. We looked at some local firms and then came across White’s. They liaised with us and the buyer (who was paying) and quickly sorted out a deal everyone was happy with. Have to say the guy who turned up to load the Bristol seemed to have plenty of knowledge and was obviously a classic car buff. Took extra care and made sure everything was secure.
